On the ground floor, ideal for 6 people,  with the terrace just in front of the kitchen and most importantly in the shade...

You should find everything you need and more to cook here as we love that and so gadgets galore and a plancha just outside the front door !

 A perfect place to relax, even out of high season , nothing beats having breakfast outdoors and listening to the cries of seagulls!

The house is on a landscaped terrain of approx 1000 m2 ( fabulous job done by Mehdi ) , so space for everyone to feel at home, hide away with a good book or just snooze whilst building up a super tan.

The swimming pool, chill corner and the table tennis table are all to be shared with the other guests.

Completely renovated with airconditioning in the living room and bedrooms as well as new high quality mattresses and bedding.

Your appartment has:

• Fully equipped kitchen ( nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle , microwave, oven , induction hob...)
• Bathroom with bath and shower , separate WC 
• Main bedroom with kingsize bed ( 160 x 200)
• 2 bedrooms with single beds 
• Huge living room with chimney for the winter ( if ever it gets cold enough!) and the TV 
• Private terrace with BBQ/plancha, outside dining table and parasol
• WIFI / TV

July & August: 1500€ per week ( Saturday to Saturday ) 

May, June & September: 150€ per night, 180€ Friday and Saturday with a minimum stay of 2 nights OR 950€ for the whole week.

April & October: 130€ per night, 150€ Friday and Saturday with a minimum stay of 2 nights OR 800€ for the whole week.

From November to end of March :110€ per night with a minimum stay of 4 nights OR 700€ for the whole week.

General conditions:

Arrival : access to the accommodation is from 16h in the afternoon

Departure : before 11hr 

Costs include :

• Pool access from 10h -22h
• Air conditioning/heating/water, electricity and wifi
• Bedding, indoor towels, tea towels
• Cleaning included 

Fees/Cancellation conditions:

• A 30% deposit will be required to confirm your reservation.
• You will also be required to provide a deposit of 1000€ in case of damages ( to be returned at the end of your stay unless breakages)
• 1 month prior to your stay, you will receive a full 100% reimbursement for cancellation
• 2 weeks prior to your stay, you will receive 50% reimbursement for your  cancellation
• No reimbursement for cancellation only 13 days prior to your arrival.
