 A perfect place for a romantic getaway, just the 2 of you..there is no television, you will need to make your own entertainment! 

The house and tower are in a landscaped garden of approx 1000 m2 ( fabulous job done by Mehdi ) , so space for everyone to feel at home, hide away with a good book or just snooze whilst building up a super tan.

The swimming pool, chill corner and the table tennis table are all to be shared with the other guests.

Completely renovated with airconditioning and high quality decoration and fittings.

Your studio has:

• High quality easy to open convertible sofa (140 x 190)
• Fully equipped kitchen ( nespresso coffee machine, kettle , microwave, induction hob...)
• Dining table and chairs
• Wardrobe and chest of drawers
• Separate bathroom with shower,WC 
• Private terrace with BBQ/plancha, outside dining table and parasol

July : 450€ per week ( Saturday to Saturday ) 

August: 550€ per week ( Saturday to Saturday ) 

May, June & September: 65€ per night, with a minimum stay of 3 nights OR 400€ for the whole week.

April & October: 60€ per night, with a minimum stay of 4 nights OR 350€ for the whole week.

From November to end of March : Usually, not rented during this period. 

General conditions:

Arrival : access to the accommodation is from 16h in the afternoon

Departure : before 11hr 

Costs include :

• Pool access from 10h -22h
• Air conditioning/heating/water, electricity and wifi
• Bedding, indoor towels, tea towels
• Cleaning included

Fees/Cancellation conditions:

• A 30% deposit will be required to confirm your reservation.
• You will also be required to provide a deposit of 1000€ in case of damages ( to be returned at the end of your stay unless breakages)
• 1 month prior to your stay, you will receive a full 100% reimbursement for cancellation
• 2 weeks prior to your stay, you will receive 50% reimbursement for your  cancellation
• No reimbursement for cancellation only 13 days prior to your stay.
